📦 Separate Shipments
Because C&T Mystery Zone works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
If your order contains multiple items and you only receive part of your order, don’t worry—your remaining items may still be on the way! You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
There is no additional shipping charge when your order is split into multiple shipments.
